The comfort and safety of our shoppers, retailers, and staff continues to remain our utmost priority. We encourage you to be familiar with the Victorian DHHS and Government guidelines and what is required of you when visiting our centres and retailers depending on your vaccination status.
The Victorian government has recently announced some changes to Victoria’s COVID safe settings, which include:
- From 11.59pm on Friday 25th February, masks will no longer be required in most Victorian indoor settings, including shopping centres, retail stores, cafes and restaurants and entertainment venues
- Density limits removed at hospitality and entertainment venues
- Vaccination requirements removed for retail stores (e.g. supermarkets, clothing and footwear stores, post offices etc)
- Proof of double dose vaccination is still required for dining in at cafes, bars and restaurants, along with accessing gyms, entertainment venues, cinemas, and events
- Proof of double dose vaccination is also required to access personal services, including hairdressers, beauty salons and community premises.
- Checking-in is no longer required at retail venues where there is no vaccination requirement
- Check-in is still required at restaurants and entertainment venues via the Service Victoria app to show you’ve had at least two vaccination doses
